Past
2007 Production still photography for a new series to be aired next year on the National Geographic Channel. This assignment is not wet plate related. I am using modern digital equipment.
March 2, 2007 Opening at Digital Labrador
Ill be showing prints from glass negatives, ambrotypes and large format tintypes. This will be part of the First Friday Art Walk that has become very popular here in Kansas City. The event takes place in
the Crossroads Art District
February 13, 2007 Atlanta Georgia
Demonstration for the Atlanta Civil War roundtable on Civil War Photography. Grant Romer from the George Eastman House will be speaking on the portraiture of Mathew Brady.
August and October 2006
I am curently working on two movies. One is a
Historical Drama based mostly on the late Brian Pohanka's Regimental History of the 5th New York Zouaves.
The other is a documentary for PBS on the Missouri-Kansas Border War called "Bad Blood". Bad Blood will air in the spring of 2007 on KCPT.

January 2006 - The March : A Novel by E.L. Doctorow
One of my images will be used on the cover for a printing of this book in the UK. Look for it to be out in January of 2006.

2006 - History Channel Documentary
10 Day's That Changed America: Antietam. This documentary contain several of my wet plate stills.
Jack Daniel's 2006 Squires Calendar
This calendar should go to print in October 2005. It will be sent to over 250,000 Tennesse Squires world wide. Location wet plate photography was done in August 2005 on location in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
It was great working with the people of Lynchburg and the Jack Daniels Distillery.
April, 2005 - Cover of National Geographic
I had the cover of this issue. It was a split cover and appeared on newstands in southern and border states.
I also have two images inside the magazine.
